This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date for an exchang. All exchanged items require an EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an EMA number you must e-mail us at comprus@yahoo.com and state the reason why you need an exchange.
         Manufacturer's Warranties
Computersrus123.com does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Computersrus123.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website; For information on the manufacturers, e-mail us with the item you have purchased and we will contact you with the manufacturers information.Please note that products in this category are non-refundable.

 
Processors (CPUs) Return Policy
  • Return for exchanged within: 5 days
This is our Detailed Processor (CPU) Exchang Policy. Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned.
Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for exchange. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

 
Desktop PC, Notebook, and Tablet PC Return Policy
This is our Detailed Desktop PC, Notebook and Tablet PC Return Policy. Under this policy all Desktop PCs/Notebooks/Tablet PCs are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

Consumable Items Return Policy
  • Return for exchanged 30 days (item must be sealed & unopened)

         This is our Detailed Consumable Items Return Policy. Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date if and only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging.

  Software Return Policy
  • Return Retail Software for exchanged within: 30 days (must be unopened)  
This is our Detailed Software Return Policy.
Opened Retail or OEM software can only be returned for exchanged, and EMAs will only be honored if the returned software is not opened. Retail Boxed software may only be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software exchanged will be accepted after 30 days.
OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. We are not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

  • There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for an exchang.

computersrus123.com sells many products such as Notebooks and Monitors that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens. computersrus123.com adheres to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to declare any product with an LCD screen "defective" and eligible for exchang through any applicable computersrus123.com Return Policy, there must be a minimum of 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.

        Physical Damage Policy

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to computersrus123.com.

Computersrus123.com encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your computersrus123.com return policy.

          If you return any physically damaged item to computersrus123.com, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box CAN NOT be exchanged. 

 
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to computersrus123.com after the product has been discontinued. If computersrus123.com no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order EMA Department. You will be notified via email that computersrus123.com can send you a comparable replacement item.
